Item information in email pre-notifications

You can include item information in email pre-notifications. The information you share with your receivers is item number, item name and number of items.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Items.

  2. Click New item, or Search followed by UO_Edit_icon.gif to the left of an existing item.

  3. Check the Include in pre-notification box in the Basic information section.
