Stored printings

You can prepare shipments, either using standard printing or printing favorites, and store them for later printing.

Print stored printings

  1. Go to Shipments > Stored printings.

  2. Use the search function to find the stored printings you want to print.

  3. Click Print.

  • If the printing went well and should be used, click Print report or Back to start a new print job.

  • If the printing went well but shouldn't be used, click Discard.

  • If the printing didn't go well, but the problem can be solved immediately, for example, by loading labels, solve the problem and click Discard and print again.

  • If the printing didn't go well, but the problem can be solved later, for example, if the printer is out of order, click Discard and store and continue when the problem is solved.

If the carrier offers pickup and you want to book, click Book or do it later in Shipments > Booking.

Important

Stored printings that have not been printed are deleted after three (3) months.
