DB Schenker

Price enquiry is not available for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight.

To use the service, you must register your DB Schenker customer number and a special password for DB Schenker’s e-services.

  1. Go to schenker.se/access to apply for a password.

  2. Go to Maintenance > My account in nShift Delivery.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Change in the DB Schenker section.

  5. Enter user ID and password.

If you have more than one customer number, you can register the password for a sender.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Senders.

  2. Use the search functionality to search for a sender.

  3. Click UO_Edit_icon.gif to the left of the sender.

  4. Enter the password in the Price enquiry password field for DB Schenker.

  5. Select "From carrier" in the Price enquiry field.
