Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors in order to access an application. MFA is recommended to increase security, to protect against password attacks and to comply with data security and protection requirements, such as GDPR.
Caution
An email address is required on all profiles, including the default profile, to support enhanced security through multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Learn more about how you create profiles or add email addresses to your existing profiles.
Go to the nShift Delivery login page.
Select Profile login.
Log into a nShift Delivery account where:
MFA has been activated
your email address is added to your profile
Note
You need to enter user ID, profile and password.
Go to your email inbox.
Retrieve the authentication code from the email sent from noreply@unifaunonline.xx. (Where xx can vary depending on which region you belong to.)
Enter the code from the email in the field Authentication code.
