PROFESSIONAL PLUS
Price enquiry retrieves shipping rates from carriers during booking. To use price enquiry, you must activate it for each carrier in your account settings.

Bring
Price enquiry for Bring retrieves shipping rates based on your carrier agreement and the shipment details entered for the booking. No additional setup is required.

Bring must be added to a sender.

DB Schenker
Price enquiry for DB Schenker retrieves shipping rates based on your carrier agreement and the shipment details entered for the booking.
Note
Price enquiry is not available for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight.

DB Schenker must be added to a sender.
Activate price enquiry
Activate price enquiry to start retrieving shipping rates from DB Schenker.

Enter your user ID and password
Result
Price enquiry is activated for DB Schenker.
Register price enquiry credentials for a sender
If you have more than one customer number, register the price enquiry password for each sender separately.

Enter the password in Price enquiry password
Select From carrier in Price enquiry
Result
Price enquiry credentials are registered for the sender.

Before you begin
TNT must be added to a sender.
Make sure you have your TNT user ID, password, and currency. Contact TNT if you don't have this information.
Activate price enquiry
Activate price enquiry to start retrieving shipping rates from TNT.

Enter user ID, password, and currency

Price enquiry is activated for TNT.

UPS
Price enquiry for UPS is activated by UPS. To request activation, provide your user ID to your UPS sales representative.

UPS must be added to a sender.
Activate price enquiry
Find your user ID in your account settings.

Scroll down to the UPS section
Next step
Send your user ID to your UPS sales representative to request activation.
Note
Your user ID is displayed in the UPS section.
