DB Schenker

Price enquiry is not available for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight.

To use the service, you must register your DB Schenker customer number and a special password for DB Schenker’s e-services.

  1. Go to to apply for a password.

  2. Go to Maintenance > My account in nShift Delivery.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Change in the DB Schenker section.

  5. Enter user ID and password.

If you've more than one customer number, you can register the password for a sender.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Senders.

  2. Use the search function to search for a sender.

  3. Click DEL_Edit_old_icon.png to the left of the sender.

  4. Enter the password in the Price enquiry password field for DB Schenker.

  5. Select "From carrier" in the Price enquiry field.
