For some carriers you can look up the price for a shipment by using the carriers’ own services for price enquiry via nShift Delivery.

The price is calculated according to your agreement with the carrier and is valid for a specific shipment.

Note

Price enquiry availability may vary depending on region.

Bring

You don't have to register any specific information in nShift Delivery to use price enquiry for Bring services.

DB Schenker

Price enquiry is not available for shipments where a party other than the sender pays the freight.

To use the service, you must register your DB Schenker customer number and a special password for DB Schenker’s e-services.

  1. Go to schenker.se/access to apply for a password.

  2. Go to Maintenance > My account in nShift Delivery.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Change in the DB Schenker section.

  5. Enter user ID and password.

If you've more than one customer number, you can register the password for a sender.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Senders.

  2. Use the search function to search for a sender.

  3. Click DEL_Edit_old_icon.png to the left of the sender.

  4. Enter the password in the Price enquiry password field for DB Schenker.

  5. Select "From carrier" in the Price enquiry field.

DHL Express

To use price enquiry, you must activate the service in nShift Delivery.

  1. Go to Maintenance > My account.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Change in the DHL Express section.

  4. Check the Price statistics box.

DHL Freight

To use price enquiry, you must register your DHL e-ID and password which you get from DHL and enter it in nShift Delivery.

  1. Go to www.dhlfreight.se and register (in the upper right corner) to log into DHL and apply for a DHL e-ID.

  2. Go to Maintenance > My account in nShift Delivery.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Change in the DHL Freight section.

  5. Enter DHL e-ID and password.

PostNord Logistics AS

To use the service, you must register your PostNord Logistics AS login credentials.

  1. Go to Maintenance > Senders.

  2. Use the search function to search for a sender.

  3. Click DEL_Edit_old_icon.png to the left of the sender.

  4. Enter the username in the Price enquiry username field for PostNord Logistics AS.

  5. Enter the password in the Price enquiry password field for PostNord Logistics AS.

TNT

To use price enquiry, you must register user ID, password and currency. Please contact TNT if you don't have access to that information.

  1. Go to Maintenance > My account in nShift Delivery.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Change in the TNT section.

  4. Enter user ID, password and currency.

UPS

To use the service, UPS has to activate your account.

  • Send your UPS user ID (edi) to your sales representative at UPS.

    If you don't know your user ID (edi) you can find it in nShift Delivery.

    1. Go to Maintenance > My account.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. Scroll down to the UPS section.

Use price enquiry

When the necessary information is registered, the Price enquiry button will show when you create a shipment, either using standard printing or printing favorites.

Note

The price information is not always updated along with the service updates. Fees connected to certain additional services may not be included in the price enquiry result.
