The status page shows the current operational status of our products and upcoming maintenance activities. Follow the steps below to subscribe and stay informed.
The flow shows how to subscribe by email. Subscribing by text message follows the same steps.
Go to the status page.
Click
.Select one of the channel tabs.
Enter the required information, then click
.Select the products and services you want to be notified about when they're affected by an incident or maintenance — for example, Delivery, Print by nShift, Delivery Checkout or Delivery Carrier Connections.
Click
.Open your email inbox and confirm your subscription in the message from noreply@statuspage.io.
