Match delivery options
Delivery option matching pairs a delivery option code from an order channel with a delivery option in nShift Delivery. Orders that arrive with a code nShift Delivery doesn't recognize can't be processed until the code is matched. Once a code is matched, future orders that use the same code are processed automatically.

Make sure the delivery option you want to match to already exists in nShift Delivery.
Match a delivery option from an order
Match a delivery option from an order to assign a delivery option to an order that arrived without one.
Steps
Go to >
Select on an order with the status Missing delivery option

Code and Name are read-only. The integration sets them from the values the order channel sent with the order, and only Delivery option can be changed here.

Select Use this match for all incoming orders with the same original ID if the match should also apply to future orders that use the same code

Result
The order is assigned the selected delivery option and can be processed. If you selected the checkbox, the match is added to the order channel's Match delivery options list and applied to future orders with the same code. If you left it cleared, the delivery option applies to this order only and isn't saved to the order channel.

Add a delivery option match to an order channel
Add a delivery option match to an order channel to match a code before any order uses it.
Steps
Go to > and select an order channel
In Match delivery options, select Add
Enter the code from the order channel in Code
Select a delivery option in Delivery option
Select
Result
The match is saved and applied to incoming orders that use that code.

Delete a delivery option match
Delete a delivery option match to stop matching a code to a delivery option.
Notera
Deletion takes effect immediately. Orders that arrive with the deleted code get the status Missing delivery option and can't be processed until you match them.
Steps
Go to > and select an order channel
In Match delivery options, select the delete icon next to the match
